Start with the basics: when and where is your event happening?
Providing the date allows us to confirm availability, while the location helps us understand any travel and setup requirements. If you already have a venue booked, share that information too. An intimate private home, an upscale restaurant, an outdoor venue, and a large ballroom can all require very different approaches to live music.
Start and End Times
If you have a general event timeline in mind, it’s helpful to share that with us. Even if the schedule is not finalized yet, knowing approximately when you would like the live music to begin and end helps us understand how the performance can fit naturally into your event.
For example, you may want elegant background music while guests arrive and mingle, followed by something more energetic later in the evening. Understanding the general timeline helps us create a performance that complements the natural flow of your event.
What Kind of Event Are You Planning?
A corporate dinner has a different atmosphere than a wedding reception or milestone birthday celebration. Sharing the occasion and a brief description of your event helps us get a better sense of the experience you want to create.
It is also helpful to mention the approximate number of guests and any other details that make your event unique.
